But what if I told you there are a few genius tricks that can totally transform how you cook…without fancy tools or complicated steps?

I’ve pulled together 10 of my favorite mind-blowing kitchen hacks that use everyday tools (like your handheld mixer or muffin tin!) to make life easier, tastier, and way less messy.

10 Kitchen Hacks You’ll Wish You Knew Sooner

  1. Poach Eggs in the Oven. Foolproof method for perfectly poached eggs. Perfect for a crowd OR anyone intimidated by the process.
  2. Use a Handheld Mixer or Whisk to Froth Milk. The EASIEST DIY latte that rival your favorite coffee shop--no fancy frother or espresso machine needed.
  3. Sheet Pan Pancakes. Whip up classic pancake batter, pour it on a sheet pan, bake, then slice into servings. Saves time, dishes, and flipping.
  4. Homemade Rotisserie Chicken without Special Equipment. Prep takes 5 minutes and you after a low and slow bake, you get juicy, tender chicken without needing a rotisserie oven.
  5. Breakfast Sandwiches the EASY Way! Pour whisked eggs into a pan, bake into a slab, cut into squares. Perfect for Egg McMuffins or Breakfast Sliders.
