All-Star Asparagus Recipes

Hi Reader,

Spring has officially shown up. With it, a sea of pollen, manic temperature swings, AND the best asparagus of the year. Tender, vibrant, and just begging to be used in something fresh and simple.

If you're staring at a bundle and wondering what to do with it, I've got you covered. Below are a few easy recipes that let asparagus shine without overthinking it.

All-Star Asparagus Recipes

  • Chicken and Asparagus Stir Fry: Made with a handful of ingredients, picky eater approved, ready in 15 minutes, and packed with protein. Talk about a weeknight winner!
  • Asparagus Frittata: A little bacon, a lot of veggies, and creamy eggs -- what is not to love?!
  • Asparagus Salad: My PERSONAL favorite. Sadly, my family loves this one as well, so I have to share! It is light, fresh, and seriously impressive.
  • Parmesan Roasted Asparagus: The asparagus is tender, crispy, and the addition of lemon, parmesan, & garlic is magical!
  • Air Fryer Asparagus: Ultra crispy, perfectly tender, and ready in just 10 minutes!
  • Easy Vegetable Primavera: Asparagus is a great choice for this pasta dish. It really compliments the light, lemon sauce.

Which one are you going to try first?

Happy Cooking!
