5 Easy Dinners to Make This Week

Hi Reader,

I don't know about you, but after Thanksgiving and hosting family for over a week, I am all cooked out.

So if you are like me and need a break from cooking before the holiday season REALLY ramps up, turn to these easy recipes this week.

5 Easy Dinners to Make This Week

  • Sheet Pan Gnocchi: Dump it all on a sheet pan and bake. It really doesn't get much easier than this! If you have leftover veggies on hand, try out my Sheet Pan Sausage & Veggies recipe instead.
  • Salmon Bites: Healthy, flavorful, and ready in under 15 minutes. Yes, please!
  • Hunan Beef: So flavorful and so different than holiday fare. Just what we all are craving right now.
  • Tacos: Never underestimate the power of tacos. Simple, affordable, and always a family-favorite. And my recipe is an internet favorite.
  • Bean Burritos: Easy, kid-friendly, and suitable for lunch or dinner.

Time-Saving Tip from Kristen: Make a big batch of rice. Serve with salmon bites, hunan beef and use leftovers to make bean burritos.

Happy Cooking!

Kristen
