📣6 Recipes to Make This Month

Hi Reader,

Whether you're easing into the new year with a few better-for-you meals or just trying to survive a cold, gray January, I've got you covered. This time of year, I want food that feels cozy and comforting--but not heavy or complicated.

These are the recipes I'm reaching for this month when I want something warm, satisfying, and wholesome to boot:

Recipes to Make This Month

  • Light, Bright, and Ready in Under 30! Fish tacos feel like summer--even when the sun isn't shining! And thanks to the oven preparation, they are exceptionally easy to make.
  • Dump-and-Cook Comfort Food. Use lean beef, turkey, or chicken to whip up this Crockpot Chili. It is perfect for cold evenings, football games, and Sunday suppers.
  • Better Than Take-Out. This 15-minute stir fry comes together with shrimp (feel free to swap it out for chicken), veggies, of choice, and a crazy easy stir-fry sauce. It is fast, flavorful, and filled with fiber and protein.
  • Cheap, Light, and Unexpectedly Delicious. This is NOT the cabbage soup of your childhood! Even my picky eaters love this one (especially when served with no-knead bread!)
  • Cozy, Warming and SO Easy to Make. This breakfast literally cooks while you sleep! Yes, please and thank you!
  • No-Bake Satisfying Treat. The best way to ease off holiday sweets without feeling like you are depriving yourself. These bars are filled with whole grains, fiber, and you only need 3 ingredients to make!

Here's to a delicious, easy, cozy month!

Happy Cooking!
