An Instant Pot Thanksgiving🦃

Hi Reader,

As you likely have gathered by now, I LOVE my Instant Pot and have a ton of recipes perfect for Thanksgiving--whether you want to prepare EVERYTHING in the Instant Pot or use it for a few things to save space in the oven or stove-top.

And my favorite tip is to use the Instant Pot to prep a few dishes in advance (I am looking at you applesauce, cranberry sauce, and sweet potatoes!)

Thanksgiving Instant Pot Recipes

  • Instant Pot Turkey Breast: You can make a delicious, moist, juicy, flavorful turkey breast in the Instant Pot. If you have a small turkey, that works too! And my recipe has been a fan-favorite since 2017that got a glow up today.
  • Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes: Creamy, dreamy, and super buttery, these Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes are perfect!
  • Instant Pot Scalloped Potatoes: Looking for an alternative to mashed potatoes? This small batch of scalloped potatoes is creamy, cheesy, and a holiday favorite.
  • Instant Pot Stuffing: I adapted my Papa's old-fashioned bread stuffing for the Instant Pot--and it turns out as moist as if it was actually "stuffed" in the turkey!
  • Instant Pot Mashed Sweet Potatoes: Top these mashed sweet potatoes with a drizzle of maple syrup and chopped walnuts and you have all the flavors of Sweet Potato Casserole--effortlessly!
  • Instant Pot Sweet Potatoes: One of my personal favorite Thanksgiving recipes is my Sweet Potato Casserole and the easiest way to prep the base is to bake the sweet potatoes in the Instant Pot.
  • Instant Pot Creamed Corn: Rich, creamy, buttery, and so incredibly easy to make, this creamed corn recipe is perfect for the holidays. My family is in love with this one!
  • Instant Pot Applesauce: No Thanksgiving is complete at my house without my homemade applesauce. And using the Instant Pot is my FAVORITE way to prep applesauce.
  • Instant Pot Cranberry Sauce: Would you believe this is my son's favorite Thanksgiving recipe? And it is INSANELY easy to make!
  • Instant Pot Pumpkin Cheesecake: You can't have Thanksgiving without dessert! And this recipe for Pumpkin Cheesecake with a gingersnap crust knocks it out of the park!
