This Week's Meal Plan

Save time, money, and enjoy wholesome, delicious meals the EASY way with this week's curated meal plan.

Fun Uses for Leftover Halloween Candy🎃🍫🍭

  • Make a Trail Mix! Toss M&Ms with pretzels, nuts, and dried fruit for an easy tasty treat.
  • Save for Holiday Fun! Set aside some M&Ms to make Reindeer sugar cookies. I also like to set aside Twizzlers, milk duds, and skittles to use to decorate our Gingerbread Houses at Christmas.
  • Make Cookies/Blondies: Chop up candy bars and add to blondies or chocolate chip cookies. The combinations are endless.
  • Make Chocolate Bark: Add chopped up candy of choice to melted chocolate to make a fun and tasty chocolate bark.
  • Steal the Hershey Bars. My kids would never choose a plain Hershey bar over a Twix, so I encouraged them to donate ALL plain chocolate bars to me. We use them to make S'mores, Neiman Marcus Cookies, or chop up for peanut butter banana bars.
  • Make Pumpkin Chocolate Oatmeal: Add chopped-up butterfingers or Twix and a few tablespoons of pumpkin puree to Instant Pot oatmeal or overnight oatmeal for a healthy, yet decadent tasting breakfast.
  • Add Candy To Pancakes: Make a batch of pancakes and add in a little bit of Halloween Candy. The kids think it is the coolest and yet it has less sugar than a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios.
  • Make a Balanced Treat: Add crushed up candy to a bowl of plain yogurt, sprinkle candy over yogurt to make frozen yogurt bark, or use crushed-up candy bars to roll banana sushi for a more balanced treat.
  • Add Candy To Granola Bars: Add up to 1/2 cup of your favorite candy to homemade granola bars.
